1. I attend to every shipment order directly along with every other task in my plate such as my lab work, research, green house management, product development, inventory management and so on - so it would often take a few days for me to get the orders shipped as they queue up ,
I would also ask you to consider the climact / geo-political / festival impacted delays in getting your orders shipped.
Essentially : Although we understand the excitement to have these awesome plants & tools in your garden , DO NOT ORDER FROM US IF YOU ARE IMPATIENT - your money is safe.
We are NOT AMAZON or INSTAMART. We would rather not work with orders of somone who pings us 50 times from the next day - We do not respect that and will not coorperate to such.
2. We would also ask to not opt for COD orders as some misuse it & return the orders at the door step. These shipments can get wet and lose stability in wet air & this ends up killing the plant - they are highly sensitive and super perishable that way , making it useless for both of us, we would like to soon remove that option. Such COD orders are currently at 18% of our total orders. We would still have it open for those who truly would use it for its purpose.
3. We will be closed During the month of December , January where the rains are at its peak with possible flooding, in order to avoid false expectations & risks we would like to pause the business during that month.
